Cards Don't Lie (the “Service”) respects the privacy of its visitors and customers and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law.
1. What Data We Collect
When placing an order we may ask for: your name, email, date and (optionally) time of birth, gender, place of birth, as well as the text of your question and any wishes. This data is needed to provide the service you selected (a Tarot reading, natal chart, horoscope, or a combination of these).
2. How We Use Your Data
The data we collect is used solely to prepare and deliver your ordered result to the email address you provided, and to contact you about your order. We do not share personal data with third parties, except where required by law.
3. Data Storage and Protection
Data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service and resolve any disputes, after which it is deleted or anonymized. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access.
4. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to the Service's contact email.
